Cancellation and Non-Attendance

Cancellations & appointment changes

Appointments may be cancelled or changed by the applicant at any time. Appointments cancelled or changed with at least 14 days’ notice shall eligible for a full refund of the booking fee.

Initial Class 1 or 3 appointments cancelled or changed with less than 14 days’ notice shall not be eligible for a refund of the booking fee.

All other appointments cancelled or changed with less than 14 days’ notice shall not be eligible for a refund of the booking fee.

Any appointment that has been previously changed at our discretion, giving less than 14 days notice, and which is subsequently cancelled giving at least 14 days notice shall be considered as falling outside the required 14 days notice period.


Non-Attendance

We shall retain the fee in full in the circumstance where an applicant does not attend their appointment.
