OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Appointment Changes
Appointments may be cancelled or changed by the applicant at any time. Appointments cancelled or changed with at least 14 days’ notice shall be eligible for a full refund of any booking fee charged.
Initial Class 1 or 3 appointments cancelled or changed with less than 14 days’ notice shall not be eligible for a refund of the booking fee. In addition, we reserve the right to charge the applicant for the outstanding balance of the cost of the medical.
All other appointments cancelled or changed with less than 14 days’ notice shall not be eligible for a refund of any booking fee charged.
Any appointment that has been previously changed at our discretion, giving less than 14 days’ notice, and which is subsequently cancelled giving at least 14 days’ notice shall be considered as falling outside the required 14 days’ notice period.
Non-attendance & No-Shows
We shall retain any booking fee paid and shall charge the applicant for any balance owed towards the cost of the medical in the circumstance where an applicant does not attend their appointment.
