You can revalidate your easa class 1 medical from 45 days prior to the expiry of your certificate.

What to bring to your medical

• Photo ID (if this is the first time you are having your medical with us)

• Complete an application form as follows:

• 1. For a UK Medical: register with the CAA online portal (CELLMA) at least 10 days before the medical, and complete an application form online

  OR

• 2. Complete an EASA Medical Application Form for an EU medical. This form can be completed electronically.

• 3. All applicants should also complete the Mental Health Questionnaire and bring it to your appointment. Please do not date or sign it.

• Glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them

• If you wear glasses or contact lenses bring a completed eye examination form completed by an optometrist if you have not submitted one in the previous 2 years. Use

• 1. UK CAA MED162 Eye Examination Form for a UK medical OR

• 2. EASA Ophthalmology Examination Report Form for an EU medical.

• Medical reports relating to any significant current or past medical history.
