UK or EASA Class 2 & LAPL
We carry out initial, revalidation and renewal easa class 2 and LAPL medicals. All initial class 2 medicals now require an ECG.
Applicants for a UK certificate MUST register with the new CAA online portal called CELLMA at least 10 DAYS before their medical, and complete the application form online. The online application form replaces the old paper-based form.
You can revalidate your medical from 45 days prior its expiry. Our service is efficient, thorough and friendly.

Photo ID (if this is the first time you are having your medical with us)
Complete an application form as follows:

2. Complete an EASA Medical Application Form for an EU medical. This form can be completed electronically.
3. All applicants should also complete the Mental Health Questionnaire and bring it to your appointment. Please do not date or sign it. Glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them
If you wear glasses or contact lenses bring a completed eye examination form completed by an optometrist if you have not submitted one in the previous 2 years. Use
1. UK CAA MED162 Eye Examination Form for a UK medical OR
2. EASA Ophthalmology Examination Report Form for an EU medical.
Medical reports relating to any significant current or past medical history.
